Refunds & Returns
Please ensure that when choosing an item you are choosing carefully as we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
Refunds are only available if items you have received are damaged or not as ordered. If this is the case, please contact email info@giomat.com.au for assistance.
Please note, if you are returning an item to Gio Mat, the item must be returned still sealed and in its original condition.
(Any photo/video evidence you can provide of the fault will help us to speed up your enquiry.)
Incorrect/Damaged Item on Arrival: If you received an order with an incorrect product or your order arrives damaged please take a photo or video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to keep all items exactly as they were delivered (packaging included) until you’ve heard from our team.
Faulty Product: If you’ve received a product that you think may be faulty please contact Customer Care at info@giomat.com.au with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo or video.
Allergy Return: In the rare instance you feel you have had an allergic reaction to a product please discontinue use immediately, email us at info@giomat.com.au
with a photo or video of the skin. Our team of Experts will help you to understand whether you are experiencing a reaction (highly unlikely) or a response (a normal part of the process when skin is adapting to active ingredients and GioMat Vegan hair care).
